For more than a century, Alessi Bakeries has been making it’s mark in the baking industry. The family owned bakery and manufacturing facility, now in it’s fourth-generation, are collaboratively operated, giving father and son a unique opportunity to keep a close eye on industry trends and maximize efficiencies.
Product customization and recipe development have become a significant part of our business, serving customers ranging from small individual businesses to national retail chains and foodservice companies. With 100,000 square feet of controlled temperature areas, we’re able to support customers in production, packing, storage and shipping.
Early on we successfully found a specific niche with the production of miniature fancy pastries and decadent desserts, many of which are found under private label in retail grocery stores. That niche led to our relocation to a larger facility in 2008. Since that time, we have continued to strategically purchase equipment becoming more automated to support the growing business.
We’ve mastered becoming flexible utilizing the automation process without sacrificing quality and flavor profile. In fact, a few of our high-end products are still hand-finished to ensure the distinct elegance our customers expect. Whether it’s our Signature Tiramisu, Eclairs or Mini Assorted Fancy pastries Quality comes first! What makes Alessi Bakeries different is Quality first! We are able to cost reduce when necessary but we will never cheapen our products.
